What is the status of my order?
The status of your order can be viewed by logging in to your account. You will see all past and recent orders that you have placed and the status of each order from processing, designing, printing, sewing and shipping.
How does my Gina Alexander, Inc. Handbags get delivered?
Orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. International shipments may require additional duties and taxes imposed by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Future billing of duties/taxes may be required. Our carrier does not guarantee international shipments, therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery of an international shipment. We have not experienced any problems in this area, however, we must advise you of the terms and conditions of international shipments.
How much are your shipping and handling costs?
The rate charged for the shipping and handling of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have an option to not place your order if you decide not to.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within the stated estimated time of manufacturing per item (please see item description for turnaround time). All personalized item that you ordered must have an acceptable photo uploaded and received in order to begin production. It is important to read the photo requirements to avoid delays in your order.
Can you Rush my order?
We do offer additional $75 fee to the existing shipping and handling fee for all rushed orders. An expected delivery time is approximately 4 weeks from the date and acceptable photo is received for your order. The fee is applied to each handbag for your order. Holiday Express fees are in effect during the Holiday Season ( please see posted deadlines).
Can you guarantee delivery on exact dates?
Due to the many details that go into production your handbag, we cannot guarantee an exact date for delivery.
How will I know when my order ships?
A notification of shipment will be sent to you via e-mail upon delivery. You may also view the status of the shipment by logging in to your account.
What if one item on my multiple order is in backorder?
If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
